Cisco's Invitational 9/1/08 Hay all this was a nice little tournament that Cisco did the start time for the tournament was 12pm. I got to see some new style of playing and some new future players that will go far if they keep playing. Now in the final game we had Spike (Sammy) and Vlad both for Castle Hill. Sammy and Jay had to be voted in the tournament by the other players with good reason. Now each player had to play marathon games that means almost back to back games. So by the end both of them looked like they were dead tired to me. The bad part was that the final game made it to the night and both players were have a hard time to see. Final score was 21-20 Sammy the spike wins the game. First place took home $150 second got $50.
Mix Doubles at W4th 8/24/08 Hello all. Today we come to you at W4 th the cage some may now this place as. Others it the place to be for the strongest players in NYC. Okay back to business out of all the teams it comes down to Calin and Jackie vs Tywan an Quasia . It was a tough game for Tywan and Quasia but they never gave up at the end they were down by like 5 points to make a come and for the win. Good game to everyone much props to Tywan and Quasia for the come back victory. FINAL SCORE 25-24
Al & Berne's B/C doubles 8/23/08 HELLO ALL OF TODAY'S TOURNAMENT WAS AT CASTLE HILL A B/C EVENT.
WELL THERE WAS A GOOD TURN OUT TODAY THERE WAS ABOUT 42 TEAMS AT $50 A TEAM.
LOTS OF GOOD GAMES TO SEE AND LOTS OF TALENT OUT THERE . RALPH &
CARLOS SPLIT WITH ANT (BABY SNUKA) & JAY (ROSEDALE). THE 1ST AND 2ND PLACE
TEAMS DIDN'T PLAY THE FINAL GAME SO THEY SPLIT THE MONEY THE PAY OUT WAS
$550 FOR EACH TEAM. 3RD PLACE :PEDRO (CASTLE HILL) & (PISTOL) PETE $150
Sky Bounce Open Singles 8/16/08 Okay every one the winners as you can see was Rookie and Staysi. Rookie took First with Justin in Second place final score was 25-13. In the women's Open singles Staysi beats Karen. It was a long and drawn out game between the two ladies. But with no shade for them and plenty of heat they both seemed like they were more then tired but it seem Staysi pulled it out. No one on the side lines thought she was going to do it. They all thought Karen was the clear winner but they were wrong.

The God's of handball Have Spoken Justin is the New King 7/26/08 Now we come to the mecha of singles events for us all the Kings of the Courts with this years number of participates at 32. Okay for all of you the prize money is as follows 1 place $2000, 2nd place $500 , 3rd place $300 4 th $200 , 5th $100 and 6 th place $100. I am sorry to say that all the gods of old are slowly starting to become that old. The new gods of handball are coming and they are ready to take the mantle from the old. Justin takes 1st beating 2nd Pee Wee 25- 16, third went to Gio who lost to Pee Wee 21-17,Rookie lost to Justin 21 -14, to take forth place, George takes fifth place, and Tavito takes sixth place. I will be post up the final game with Justin and Pee Wee sorry about the background of Jade and Tamiko.
Castle Hill C tournament a hit 6/29/08 This was to two day event due to there being two rain outs on Saturday and 31 teams at this event but the top three teams shined like diamonds in the rough. To you Sara and China we thank you for your hard work and your refs don't want to forget them. Now the top three teams where Rosedale in Brooklyn team Anthony and Cesar took first place, Followed by Sam and Jay for Second from the Bronx, and last but not least Justin and Vinnie for third from Staten Island also Male Mvp Carlos , youngest and most supportive and most heart female Mvp Tiffany and most consistent female Melissa. To all that played you did great just work on your game and try harder next time.
Slap it's Singles Open Event 6/28/08 Hello all and welcome to the slap it open singles tournament. I am sorry to report that there sponsors had to cut it short due to the parks associations wanting more money for Signs and Banners for the Hot 97 radio station and the Slap it Sport Drink. Okay back to the tournament now there was 8 place for the winners but I am only going to post the top four. Okay due to the on and off rain Rookie and Lefty George Split the winnings even though George was winning in the beginning of the final game. So now we move on to third place goes to Lil Jay ( Jean Santos) who Rookie took out but Jay got more then ten points Fourth place went to Tavito (Gustavio Ruiz) sorry if I spelled any names wrong. He lost to Lefty George but did very well in the tournament. . Great playing everyone it was a nice tournament to bad about the politics of city business. Okay now we got the results form PHA. 1.
